Yoga Booty Ballet ? Now there's an oxymoron for you (???) Programmes like this are typically a jumble of tried and true, very beautiful movement disciplines and the inetructors are often not trained properly in either discipline - yoga or ballet. These ridiculous gimicky titles (e.g.Yogilates )are not about getting you healthy but about making money. The assumption is that the public is mindless, easily bored and with a limited attention span. I cannot imagine what goes on in some people's heads. I practise and teach yoga and I am a ballet teacher ( over 30 years)I am totally exasperated by all this - what next !!

Hi im not 50 im 45 and is there a dance i can do at home thats not to hard,So i can feel better about myself and loose weight at the same time i want to get off those extra 30 lbs i have,can you please let me know.Thank-you
