Complete Contest Rules

1. Enter online at www.50plus.com. Limit of one online entry per person. Online entries must be received by 11:59pm (EST), June 15, 2009. By entering the contest the entrant agrees to receive health, travel, lifestyle and money 50Plus e-newsletters. The entrant may unsubscribe from the e-newsletters after they have received the first mailings.

2. Neither ZoomerMedia Ltd nor corresponding Sponsors; Airstream Technologies Corp. will be responsible for the failure or malfunction of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment affecting participation in or any other aspect of this contest.

3. The prize: 1 Airstream 805 Folder Bike, valued at $1499. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Contest sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value.

4. A random draw - from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing, June 15, 2009- will be made at 12 p.m. on June 20, 2009, in Toronto. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If the winner must claim the prize with 3 business day or a new winner will be selected by a random draw until the prize has been claimed. No substitution for, or transfer of, the prize will be allowed.

5. The contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding the residents of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority according to the law of the province in which they reside, except employees of ZoomerMedia Ltd, Airstream Technologies Corp. their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and all persons with whom these employees are domiciled.

6. All decisions of the contest judge(s) are final. The chances of being selected depend upon the total number of entries received. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Contest sponsors reserve the right to terminate this contest or to amend the contest rules at any time without notice.

7. All entries become the property of ZoomerMedia Ltd. and the information on these entry forms may be made available for promotional purposes by ZoomerMedia Ltd. and third parties unless entrants request otherwise.
